Office is so warm and professional, very awesome orthodontist, the entire staff was kind sweet nice lovely, the world is a better place with these professionals, I can’t wait to get my braces, so my smile can be as bright as this office.

This is the best kids dentist I have been to the interior design is amazing for kids and I'm hoping I can get braces here cause im finally a teenager and my teeth really mess with my confidence. My mom doesn't really like this place because she thinks they charge to much for unessesary things like fluoride treatment but I love this place and im the patient so thats what matters

My children have been going to dentistry for children, Sandy Springs For over 10 years and we have always received exceptional services. However, my son recently got braces that I was charged close to $6000 for. Unfortunately, he is a young boy, and he has broken brackets. Every single time I go in the orthodontist they pull me to the side and tell me that he absolutely can’t break any more brackets or have anything come out. The last visit they informed me that the orthodontist was very upset with his broken brackets. I offered to pay for the broken brackets, but they said no. However, I understand they don’t want to take as much time every visit, but I just think they should give a little more grace for An 11-year-old child. Again, I am paying $6000 and I don’t mind paying for anything broken.

They do okay work, but the customer service could be better. After being allowed in the room after the initial consultation, I get to the appointment and they tell me that I can’t go back due to a policy change and for safety reasons. There is clearly a policy on the wall that states that children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent for safety and security. So now, for safety and security the parents must stay outside. If they feel so uncomfortable, perhaps they should get on-site security. A lot of offices like this have taken advantage of the COVID rules for too long and have been allowed to charge the rules as it makes it more convenient to them. These people are asking almost $4000 from me and have restricted me from seeing my daughter’s treatment in progress. They could literally do anything to your child when you’re not with them. Fortunately, my child is old enough to really say if something happened, but if you have a concern about your child going back alone, do not come here.
